There will be difference in learning and developing skill. Except some govt colleges, most of them are not onto level. Govt college doesn't have competitive nature and as far as private college is concerned most of them are converted into business. But when it comes to placements private are masters. Well it depends on parameters you want to compare with. Also, the infrastructure in govt and private may vary. But both govt and private colleges provide ample of opportunities and well depends on YOU.  How you pursue and how well you do.
