Coming to your answer there is  no any particular exam specially for gk, you can give ex's like Olympiad,at your school level ,nstse,

And various Olympiad are also conducted by some community

And the most important is the NTSE mainly you should focus on it because in future if you crack this exam it will really gonna help you.for NTSE the registration process will be from the second week of September 2019
