Is there any IIT that I can apply with 89 percentile in cat. What are other govt institutes that I can apply.

You can go for IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee. You have good chances of getting into IIT roorkee as the cutoff is low for that as compared to IIT Madras. In case of IIT Madras, you are on the borderline but you can give it a try. By appearing for MHCET you can apply for many goverment colleges for MBA such as JBIMS, PUMBA, etc.
