Dear Rohan, these are the things we cannot predict. But when the seats are lesser when compared to the no.of students applying, there are 2 possibilities that might happen. The difficulty of the exam is increased and the cut offs be decreased or the the exam will be made easy and the cut offs will be increased. In either cases, the situation will remain the same. You have to fight for your seat if your aim is to become a Doctor. So prepare for the worst, prepare hard for the exam and if the exam turns out to be easier, it works in your favour because your hardwork will not go in vain.
