Is there Best Of 5 rule while calculating the percentage?
Students with more than five subjects in the curriculum will get the percentage per the best of 5 rule. Out of the 6 subjects in SSC; one mandatory language subject and the other four subjects in which students scored the most marks are considered in calculating percentage.

Best of 5 rule while calculating the percentage
hi there ,
As per your query ,
There is a confusion for all the students how to calculate the percentage by the best of 5 rule.
The CBSE board has a best of five rule in which your main percentage is decided by one language subject I.e. English and other 4 subjects in which you get high scores . And the remaining subjects becomes additional whose marks won't be added to your main percentage.
