As you told you hold a domicile of Delhi and you want a government bams or bhms College in the mop of round of Punjab counseling. So dear student I am really sorry telling you that you are not eligible to get admission in government college through the mop up round of other state while you can get the private college . As you can get admission in other state in the government college only by 15% all India quota. And mop up round seats are not filled under all India quota while it's filled under state quota. Based on the score you have secured and assuming that you belong to general category I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to get admission for BHMS course. But don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling rounds. For the safe side apply for private colleges also on the other hand.
