For Jee Mains exam centre all you need to carry is your admit card! For further reference if your invigilator asks you need to show your aadhar card!

It’s better to carry aadhar card with you! 

Though you are a General caste candidate you beed to carry both admit cards and aadhar cards!

Try to avoid carrying tension with you!

As regards to whether you need to carry your Aadhar card, I feel it will be better to always carry a photo ID with you in case the officials want to check any details and whether all details match as per the Mains admit card. If not take any other photo ID you feel appropriate.
