Considering your stats I see BITS Pilani is your best shot , though you may not get all the branches available at this score .
At pilani campus you may get MSc(chem,bio) , at goa and hyd you can get other MSc courses also .
To know more about them read about BITS Pilani dual degree courses .
BE degree is alloted on the basis of your 1st yead CGPA .

It's really advisable for you to take a Dual degree in Bits Pilani or Bits Goa.

After a year if you can maintain a good CG (about 8.3) then you can get CS in dual. Which is very good.

And my board % is 92...i have applied for verification and am sure that my % will become 95....can i get dtu, igdtuw, nsit and all?

top six IIT is best if not possible go for BITS pilani....
and if pilani is also not possible then go for any IIT
