As far as I know, there is no direct relation between percentage and percentile. Percentile gives you an idea about your rank whereas percentage gives you an idea about your marks. If marks is displayed in your report card, then you can easily calculate your percentage. You just can't derive a formula. (The relation may vary according to the difficulty level of the paper).
