Firstly, don't provide your application number to anyone else. Its not right to share such personal information with any body and especially not on open source internet. Now if you are seeing this kind of message, then I would say there can be mistakes you can made.in putting your admit card number or you have entered a wrong captcha. So I would request you to retry patiently. If you still can't do so then I would recommend you to contact the JEE helpline number.
