I am not sure about first round seat allotment.

But the authority has issue the second round is on 4th August of 2018.

And the 3rd will be on10th August of 2018.

I hope they will announces soon. check daily on there official page.

The release date of 1st round BCECE provisional seat allotment is 28th July 2018, which is today. After the allotment, you will be able to download the seat allotment letter.
