Official Website: You would have logged in to the website where you had submitted your form. You should, through your account or application status, see a section showing whether your form was successfully submitted.

SMS Confirmation: Some exams will send an SMS confirming your submission of the form. Check your phone for anything like that.

Helpline/Support: In case you haven't received any confirmation message, then you can look up the helpline/support number of the examination authority. They shall be in a position to assist you to know whether it's been submitted or not.
