So there is very less possibility that you will get admission in government colleges.
But remember these exams are just a part and there are many more opportunities to come in future from whichever college you do b tech.

Sorry to say but having this marks you are not able to clear even cutoff for jee advance.Added to this it's very difficult to get government college both at centre or state level.Don't get disappointed.
