Since your rank belongs to the 300000+ so there is very less chances to get any government college but you can get the private college best even the best private college so just go for the private one I guess all the best.

Spot counseling is a round to fill the remaining seat under any branch of all colleges, so generally all nit,iiit and other institutes take part in spot counseling however your marks are too low the chances of getting any core branch is low but you could get other branches (depends upon the availability of seat)
