The actual cutoff score would be known only after the April Mains are over and the results are declared by NTA. As of now, it is difficult to predict the actual qualifying NTA score for JEE Advanced eligibility. However, according to many experts, if you have a percentile above 85 then you have a decent chance to qualify.
