my aadhar card address is same as i mention at the time of jee mains and advance registation but address which was mention on my obc ncl certificate is different but state is same in all is it would create any problem for me in jossa councelling

NTA doesn't communicate through offline and so irrespective of the address mentioned its ok.
So you would not have any problem with regard to that.
