If you want CSE you will get iit bhu or in iit Indore and Hyderabad. If you have applied for IIIT Hyderabad CSE that would be also equally good choice.

Now to answer your question i would say it is upto you that which branch you are interested in. With this rank you can easily get any good iit (except the top 2 or 3 ) with any branch. So think about your interests and choose a branch. What matters most is your interest in a particular field of engg.
