You have quite good chances of getting computer science and engineering, cse in many engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. specially through TNEA counselling process , institutions like Anna University may require slightly higher cut offs but many colleges like Chennai Institute of Technology, Shri Sai ram Engineering Colleges offered CSC seats around the range you have mentioned, in the last year.
