Without entering the otp , the form filling process is not confirmed or finalized. It is mandatory to enter the otp

Change my mb number alternating number enetr otp also generated because of tomarrto otp r not match and new otp also not generated that's why new number place

You should use the otp generated by the same number with with you have registered and filled the application form only then the verification is done. Otp verification is Mandatory for application form confirmation
