You have chances to get NIT Manipur through JoSSA counselling. You have less chances in JAC Counselling.
You can also get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.

You may get private colleges with that rank and reservations are also there for you so chances are a little more high.Try for NIT manipal with that rank hope you might get a seat there
