Sorry to say this but that 137350 rank can get you nothing.There is absolutely no chance of getting into any nit's nor iit's.
but,dont worry you have an option of going through b-category where some private colleges give admission based on mains rank.

Your rank is not good enough to get a seat in nit, gfti or iiit. You may get nit sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland in the special rounds but. But probability is very low. You can go for private colleges like vitee, kit, srmjee. You can get cse, ece, ee in these colleges
