Hii.your rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs and the fact that you belong from SC category you have a good chance of getting medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela,etc but you might have to compromise with the branch.
If you want CSE or ECE you can apply for lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NITs from North-east,etc.
