Sorry you can't able to get admission in IIIT Delhi because your rank is very poor in OBC category. You are belongs to outside Delhi region then this is impossible for you to get admission in IIIT delhi and if you were belong to Delhi region then this is also impossible for you to get admission in IIIT Delhi
So improve your rank next year
