The campus is modern and has most of the facilities a student needs. The labs and classrooms are well set up, and the library is useful for assignments and self-study. The campus is clean and organized, although it is smaller than what you might expect from a traditional university.

CSAI is an interesting branch, but the subjects can get challenging at times. Since I am still in the early part of the course, I am getting used to the workload and teaching style. The curriculum seems more focused on understanding concepts than simply preparing for exams. Regular practice is definitely needed to keep up

As a 2029 batch student, I have not experienced placements so I can only tell about the average package offered by last year was around 17 lakhs per annum which was quite good with respect to other university.

The institute provides good academic facilities and exposure, but the overall cost is something I would consider carefully. The fees are fairly high, so the value depends on how much a student takes advantage of the projects, research opportunities and other resources

Most students seem involved in academics, clubs, technical activities or their own projects. There are enough events and activities to make college life interesting. Being in Delhi is also a plus because there are plenty of options outside the institute when you want a break.

The institute has a clean and well-planned setup. Since the campus is relatively compact, most academic facilities are within easy reach. ECE students have access to dedicated lab spaces and modern equipment for practical work. The study areas are also comfortable, and the overall maintenance of the campus has been good in my experience.

The course requires a fair amount of effort, especially when several subjects have assignments and projects at the same time. I liked the fact that ECE is not restricted to traditional electronics and also includes computing-related areas. The professors are generally well informed, but keeping up with the pace requires regular work rather than last-minute preparation.

Career opportunities are quite encouraging, particularly for students who build a strong technical profile. ECE graduates can target different kinds of roles instead of being limited to one sector. I have seen students prepare for software positions as well as electronics and research oriented work. The institute's technical environment is definitely helpful when preparing for these opportunities.

The fees require a sizeable budget, but the kind of academic exposure available makes the expense easier to understand. The institute offers opportunities to work on projects, interact with technically inclined peers and explore research. I would say the return is better for students who actively participate rather than treating college simply as a degree programme.

Academics are definitely taken seriously here. The ECE course has a good combination of electronics, communication and computing subjects. I haven't reached the placement stage yet as I am from the 2028 batch. From what I have seen and heard from seniors, students from ECE have opportunities in both core electronics and software-related roles. Average package reaches about 21 lpa last year.

The fee is not something I would call cheap, but the academic exposure and facilities make the course fairly worthwhile. The institute provides a strong environment for technical learning, projects and research. For someone who is genuinely interested in engineering rather than just getting a degree, I feel the opportunities available here can justify the cost.

Life here is quite different from a huge traditional university campus. The student community is active and most people are involved in academics, projects, clubs or competitions. There are regular events and activities, although the campus size means there aren't endless places to roam around.

The placement of the institute is pretty good and many students get placed in the very reputed organisation with the help of the placement cell which gives students career counselling, skill development programs, workshops, interview and assessment practice, conferences and seminars to boost their courage and strengthens their learning.

College has the worst ROI. Placements are not good this year also and the placement

The college labs are well equipped with appropriate equipment for the respective courses offered to the students. The library is also very spacious and easily accessible to the students. The sports facilities are top notch which help student to maintain there physique as well as there hobbies.

The academic are very well structured with knowledge being appropriately between theory and practical. Even though the workload is quite heavy and strenuous it helps student to become skilled for the future.

Placement for the past few years have been going pretty average.from past year the placement has increased but the avg packages has dropped. Average package of 2025 year is around 21 LPA . Compare to CSE other branches have less average package

This college has been good for me overall. Academics is one of the best in this whole country. The infrastructure supports students with academic research very well and gives oppurtunities to get ahead of other students from all over India.

The professors are well knowledgable and has got their degrees from best universities around the globe. The course structures are well made and oriented for students to get something invaluable after completing it.

Not gonna lie, placements are not going so good compared to the past years but still the average package is above 20 lpa which sounds pretty good at least to me. So this college gives you enough scope to not think about only placement but also grow in many other domains.

My overall experience has been rather positive . Sports block of IIIT delhi has almost all sports like Table Tennis, football, cricket, swimming pool, badminton, billiards, tennis, also two gym which has all equipments.

Workload will crush you. At IIIT Delhi, professors use projectors extensively to make classroom teaching clear, interactive, and engaging. Placements are good enough. The collection has a dedicated Placement Cell that works continuously to connect students with top companies from industry. IIITD is well known for its focus on computer science, research, and practical learning, which helps students develop strong technical and problem-solving skills required for placements.

The mess food at IIIT Delhi is very good. There are two messes on campus, and both provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Both messes are common for boys and girls, and students are free to choose any mess as per their preference. The menu changes every month, which helps maintain variety in meals. The mess serves four meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The mess area is clean, and food is prepared in a hygienic manner. The mess fee is also reasonable, with ₹2000 for 15 days and around ₹3350 for a full month.

Professors are qualified and supportive, and teaching includes lectures, tutorials, labs,quizzes and assignments. Syllabus of all branches will update every year according to requirements of companies.
