Rs 4.93 Lakhs to Rs 8 Lakhs | Passed B.E/B.Tech or MS/MCA in the relevant specialisation with minimum 65% aggregate marks. (60% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/CD) | |
N.A | Passed a Master’s degree in the relevant specialisation with a minimum 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale or 60% marks. |
Note:. Actual costs may vary depending on additional charges like admission fees, development fees, mess charges, hostel charges and so on. IIIT Delhi hostel fees is about Rs.90,000 for single occupancy rooms and Rs.68,000 for twin-sharing rooms each year. IIIT Delhi mess charges come to about Rs.10,000 - Rs.15,000 for every four months. Students admitted in the year 2023 were required to pay a refundable deposit of Rs.10,000 and a non-refundable alumni fee of Rs.2,000 at the time of admission to all IIIT Delhi courses.

The eligibility criteria is as under:
- Pass 10+2 or any equivalent exam with more than 70% (Gen/EWS), 65% (OBC/PwD/CW), or 60% (SC/ST). This criteria has been waived off for 2022.
- Valid JEE Main score (through JAC)/ UCEED rank (through IIIT-D admission process)
- Must have completed 10+2 from a school in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi (for admission through IIIT-D admission process)
