Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi offers admissions at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The IIIT Delhi selection process of some courses is based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination (JEE/UCEED/ GATE) and some courses are based on the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination. The IIIT Delhi M.Tech admissions also require the candidate to attain the interview. The candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the courses. The details of the IIIT Delhi admission process are given below.

The candidates applying for some seats of the B.Tech CSD programme that are to be filled through UCEED rank and for some seats of B.Tech CSSS programme to be filled through Class 12th should apply through the IIIT Delhi admission portal.

Scan and upload the necessary documents.
Submit the application form after payment of IIIT Delhi fees.

The candidates must meet IIIT Delhi B.Tech admission eligibility criteria.
The candidates seeking admission in B.Tech CSD should appear and qualify JEE Mains or UCEED.
The candidates seeking admission in B.Tech CSSS should appear and qualify JEE Mains and some seats will be filled based on the performance of the candidate in Class 12th provided the candidate is not eligible for JEE Mains.
The admissions for remaining specialisation in B.Tech at IIIT Delhi are done based on the performance of the candidate in JEE Mains.
The candidates qualifying JEE Mains examination should apply and attend Joint Admission Counselling (JAC).
The seats will be allotted to the candidates, then the document verification will be done followed by the IIIT Delhi fee payment.

The candidates must meet IIIT Delhi M.Tech admission eligibility criteria.
For admissions to M.Tech CSE, the candidates must appear and qualify GATE examination or the offline entrance examination conducted by IIIT Delhi.
For the admissions in M.Tech ECE and CB, the candidates must appear and qualify GATE. In case the candidates have not appeared for the GATE, admissions will be done in 2 stages. In the first stage, initial screening will be done based on the performance of the candidate in the qualifying exam and some of them will be selected for the second stage for an Online interview.
Then seats will be allotted based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination or qualifying examination and interview.
Finally documents will be verified followed by the IIIT Delhi fee payment.
The college offers 4 courses at doctoral levels. The candidate must meet the IIIT Delhi Ph.D eligibility criteria to apply for the Ph.D. The duration of Ph.D may last for 6 years.

According to JEE Main results and JAC Counseling, applicants are admitted to the BTech programme. However, admission to the BTech CSD and CSSS programmes is based on UCEED rank and Class 12 marks, respectively, for candidates who reside in Delhi.
I am studying cse because i have interest in this field. the quality of teaching is good but sometimes the professors gives many deadlines at one time. sometime you will fill that you don't have any deadline.
The academics is amazing but we do not have updated curriculum. It is old and we face a lot of issues due to that. We are not job ready. Companies do not come and studens don't get placed. Its very bad and I am regretting it.
IIIT, Delhi college teachers here are helpful and well qualified. They will help us to every students to understand the course. The course will make you ready for the industry. Our college had best experienced teaching faculty members.
