dear palash
if you are of general category and scored 64maks in jee mains ,you also know with these marks you wont be able to get a good college ,i think you should give other govt national level/state level exams and try your luck there.
if not i would suggest dont drop an year, just try some good private colleges and on the basis of reviews by their own students take admission in one of them.
you can always check the reviews online.
