Dear Diksha,
Jaipuria Lucknow is vwry good Institution for Placements with almost 99% placements and Internship Opportunities, with an average package of 5.5LPa and Maximum of 14LPa.

At score of 550, you can also target colleges like :-

VIT Universty
SRM University
Alliance Bangalore
BIMTECH noida
AIMS Bangalore

In my opinion, there is no need of reattempts in Feb2018.

Unless you want to get into Tier one colleges like MDI, Sydenham, IIT madras, BIT Mesra.
