Hello.
You don't need to bother about that if you wrote an extra 'a' in your mother's name it will not affect during counselling time you will be able to change it when you will go for admission in any college after having your score of JEE mains, but other details in JEE main form should be accurate as mentioned in your government ID and your 10th marksheet.
