You have good marks in your category and there are chances that you will get BAMS college through AIQ AYUSH counselling. Last year cutoff till round2 in all india ayush counseling for SC candidate was AIR 141279 (388 marks ) for government ayurvedic medical college & hospital, Nagercoil, tamilnadu.

you have 40 marks Higher than previous year cut off marks. So you have pretty good chances that you will grab a veterinary govt college seat. Try till mop up round. You will easily get seat through your state quota veterinary counselling if you apply through that.

It's difficult to answer the exact possibility of admission because cutoffs vary every year on several factors like difficulty level of examination, no. Of candidates applied, their marks and so on.

However based on your score and mentioned category, you have very less chances to get BAMS seat under state qouta. The expected cutoffs of 2020 according to previous years for sc category is to be between 280 to 350 marks.
