You have not mentioned your rank and category.
So if you are a general candidate, things are really difficult for you as you have not cleared the cut off and that puts you on the riskier side.
On the other hand, if your cut off is clear, then you stand a good chance to get admission in various good govt colleges in Delhi and Haryana.
