You didn't mention the category you belong to, actually to be eligible for Neet examination, you need an aggregate of 50 % in physics, chemistry and biology if you belong to general category, so even if you have just 48 marks in Physics but if your aggregate in pcb is 50 % then you are eligible for neet examination, if you belong to obc, sc or st category then you need only a minimum of 40 % aggregate in pcb.

Also to be eligible fir neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st, 2020.
