My rank is 12k.i have registered only for all India quota govt in round1.Will I be able to register for management quota in 2nd round?

i think you can not attend as you have applied for all india quota govt. and paid for this only. in case you want to attend management quota round than talk to the commity but according to terms you can only attend for those counselling for which you paid.
