My rank of jcece is 5600 so can I get any government college in Jharkhand?

Hello,
There is only one government college in Jharkhand through JEECE entrance exam i.e BIT SINDRI and based on your JEECE 2018 rank you have no chances of getting admission in this college with any of the branches.

But there are many government colleges in Jharkhand but I am not sure about the admission process in that colleges.... Hazaribagh Dumka chaibasa Ramgarh have their government colleges

They are not government colleges....they are government funded institutes and i will recommend you not to go in these colleges.Students generally thinks that these are government colleges and gets admission their but ruins their career.

Basically government funded are government colleges..but I have no other option..I am confused whether to attend the counseling or not..my counseling is on 11 July...so please tell me what to do next?

You can attend counselling but too difficult to get admission in top colleges unless and until you are a student of sc or st category.
If you have appeared for any other engineering entrance exams then you can try with those.

What is the main difference between GFTI and government colleges??...and can I take admission in one of those colleges and after my degree shall I able to crack any competition like GATE IES etc??

to crack any entrance exam...college name doesn't matter...what matters is your preparation level to crack GATE or IES.
GFTI's are government funded colleges and badically same as private colleges.
