Unfortunately its not possible as for students having annual family income lessthan 8lacs per annum are eligible for OBC NCL Reservation as per latest Government of India Rules. You shall be asked income proof by Gazetted authority so you cannot produce irrelevant documents aa well and creat any such certificate

Hence, Your son shall be under General category only.
