The CGPI is the weighted average of the grade points obtained by a student in all the courses starting from first semester upto end of last semester in which he/she appeared. The CGPI is calculated at the end of every semester upto two decimal places and is indicated in semester grade report cards.

SGPI( Semester Grade point Index) the formula to calcuate percentage with SGPI :-

Percentage= (SGPI x 7.1)+12

So your percentage = (4.8*7.1)+12=46.08
