Sorry to inform you but with an OBC rank of 3535 there are very less chances of yours son securing a seat in any of the NIT's across India as for securing a seat in any of the NIT one needs to have a rank under 2500 to 3000 with quota. But with this rank he definitely has good chances of securing a seat in any good government college for pursuing B.arch.
