First of all I would like to congratulate you and your son for good performance in Jee Advance. Since JoSAA have not provided the cut offs for year 2019 yet we cannot provide you exact detail. Although taking in consideration the scenario of previous year your son can defenitely get admission in cse in many IITs.

Yeah he will get in all the new iits like IIT Tirupati , IIT Goa etc

 Like in IIT tirupati even in the first round the closing rank was 3671.

Like in IIT Goa the first round cutoff was 3604

So in all the third generation iits he will get CSE

He can also aim for ece and ee in the second Gen iits and mech and meta type courses in the old iits .

It's a very good rank.
