Congratulations on qualifying UPSEE. You Can try for Different Private Colleges Across Uttar Pradesh. You can go through UPTU Counselling but I'm not sure you will end up getting IT or CSE as the Cutoff Are Much High For both the Streams. Or you can wait for Spot round Counselling.
