While it's difficult to predict with absolute certainty, securing a government MBBS/BAMS seat in Karnataka with a NEET score of 368 and SC category seems unlikely.

Typically, the cut-off scores for government MBBS seats in Karnataka, even for SC candidates, are significantly higher than 368. The competition for government medical seats is fierce, and even with reservations, the minimum marks required can be quite high.

The cut-offs for BAMS seats are generally lower than MBBS. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the all-India cut-off percentile for BAMS can be around 40th percentile, which translates to a score ranging from 129-163

Hello,

With a score of 368 in NEET and belonging to the SC category, there is a possibility of securing a government seat for MBBS or BAMS in Karnataka. The cut-offs vary each year based on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates appearing, and the availability of seats. However, here are some general insights:

MBBS Seats

  • Government Medical Colleges : The chances for an MBBS seat in a government medical college with 368 marks are moderate. While it might be challenging to get into top government colleges, some of the less sought-after ones might have seats available for SC category students.
  • Private Medical Colleges (Government Quota) : There is a higher likelihood of securing a seat in private medical colleges under the government quota, which has reserved seats for SC category students.

BAMS Seats

  • Government Ayurvedic Colleges : The chances are relatively better for securing a BAMS seat in government Ayurvedic colleges with 368 marks and SC reservation.
  • Private Ayurvedic Colleges (Government Quota) : Similar to MBBS, private Ayurvedic colleges have government quota seats that may be accessible with your score and category.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well the colleges who are accepting this rank is below average or it could be through  paid seat quota.no government colleges give admission below 500 marks in sc category for mbbs.

But you will get bams for sure.you may get Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences or Tipu Sultan Unani Medical College & Hospital.
