Hey,

NTA notfies you regarding the correction by mail. So, if you dont receive one, you can consider your application to be correct.  Also, photograph without name and date won't be a reason for rejection of application.

Also, you cannot change or reupload any documents if you don't get mail even during the correction window. You can only change specific details during the correction window which will open on 15 January. If you need more help, you can contact the helpdesk.
