It is subjective to notification from NTA. You can't change the image now. The only possible way is that you have to contact NTA by email or through call. You have to tell them your problem and they will give possible solution.

No if you finally submitted yourneet application form then you can't reupload your image. it is only possible when the NTA notify you to reupload your image.

on other hand NTA will not clearly mentioned in his bulletin that what type of correction they allow in application form at the time of correction period. so one can confirm that during correction period a candidate will be allow to reupload images.
