As per general category cutoff from previous years trends, anything above 150 shall convert yojr seat at ICT Mumbai.
However since yiur score is low its extremely difficult.
You can however get following colleges :

Atharva institute of technology
Priyadarshini College of Engineering
GH raisoni college of engineering and management
SS Jondhale college of engineering
Datta meghe college of engineering
Terna engineering college.
