Hello aspirant,
You will be provided two ranks. One is your category rank and another is your crl that is your all India rank. I and all the allotments are done on the basis of All India Rank not on the basis of category rank. But as your belong to OBC your category's cutoff rank will be little higher than a general candidate. This facility you will get. But you will be alloted a seat on the basis of AIR.
