I am attaching a link below where you can apply for OBC-NCL caste certificate. Copy-paste the link in your browser , a window will appear. You need to click on the link as per your state , example: if you are from Assam, click on "application form for OBC non - creamy layer certificate in assam". Then you will see a new page where you will get all the required information and can get your certificate by providing all details.
