Private vs government job?? advantage and disadvantages! Please help

Advantage of doing government job is you will get extra perk and benefits. You will get lot of holidays and there will be less pressure of work but sometimes, working in a government organization you will feel lazy.
It is difficult to get government job as there is lot of competition.
In private companies there will be lot of pressure but hard work is praised. Your growth will depend on your performance and you will get to learn new things. Pay will be higher as compare to government jobs.
If you work in private organization there will be less job security and there will be lot of competition.
