Pursuing M Optometry in Sankara nethralaya and Manipal institute. which one is best?

I hope you are concerned to Master of Science (M.Sc.) Optometry course . It is a two years PG course, which has subjects like General psychology,Low vision aids etc.
For this PG course, one need to have B.Sc. in optometry/ MBBS degree.
The job positions you will be offered are Optometry Technician , Lab Technician , Vision Consultant etc.
Manipal is one the best private college in India. It was established in 1999, and has great placement records. For MSc in Optometry, the placements are good. You will have decent college life.
The Sankara Nethralaya Academy is also a private college, established in 2010 . It also offers the MSc in Optometry course, but is an average college. You might have any placement at the end.
I suggest you to go with Manipal, you can recover its fees after you get your job.
