Hello Aspirant,
See to qualify JEE-Advance you have to clear two cut-offs, one is subject wise and other is aggregate of all subjects in JEE-Advance, so you have to clear both and similarly with cut-offs for inclusion in rank list.
See till now IIT Kharagpur has not released the JEE-Advance 2021 qualifying cut0offs so at this moment we cannot help you with it but yes to give you an idea we can help you with previous year's cut-off which is mentioned below for each category :-
