Should i also have to write prefix which is given in my marksheet serial number such as 'EQ ********' in filling any entrance examination form which required serial number? There is serial number given at the top left corner of the icse 10th marksheet like this 'EQ ********'

Yes, if you are asked to provide the serial number of your marksheets, in any entrance examination form, then you must give the complete serial number of the marksheets.
In case it does not accept the alphabetical prefix(EQ in this case ) and asks to give only numeric values, then you can omit it from your serial number.
