Believer's church Medical College is a Self financed Private Medical College of Kerala. And so the seats will be filled through State Counselling alone. But you needn't fill a separate application form for admission to this College per se. CEE conducts State Counselling for admission to 85% GMC seats and Private Medical College seats as well. Kerala has 3 Categories of domicile rules.

• Keralite Category: This is for a Candidate of Kerala origin, Children of AIS officers belonging to any State but are allotted to Kerala.
• Non Keralite Category 1 is for a Candidate who fulfills anyone of the following criteria:

1. Studied 12th or equivalent in Kerala and son/daughter of parents who work for Central Government and are posted in Kerala.
2. Studied 12th or equivalent in Kerala and son/daughter of parents who worked for State Government for a minimum period of 2 years.
3. Resident of Kerala for a minimum period of 5 years
4. Studied in Kerala from 8th to 12th.

• Non Keralite Category 2: Those Candidates who do not belong to any of the above mentioned Categories fall under this Category. Under this Category, Candidates cannot apply for GMC seats but are eligible to apply for Open Quota Management seats in Self Financing Private Medical Colleges. This is approximately 15% quota. So if you belong to AP, then you can appear for 15% Management Seats counselling for a seat in this College.
